Hello & welcome!

My name is Aliesha and I totally get how awkward and uncomfortable it can be just meeting new people, let alone stepping in front of a stranger’s camera!

I'm not going to lie to you and say you're going to feel immediately at ease in front of my camera because you probably won't. It's a nerve wracking experience and that's OKAY! Most people I work with hate having photos of themselves taken and honestly so do I, but it’s important to do for our future selves and our families!

I am all about embracing the awkwardness and turning it into laughter. Let's joke about how weird it all is and how silly the things I'm asking you to do are! Usually by the middle of the session you will feel much more relaxed and able to be yourself in front of the camera.

It also helps if we get to know each other prior to your session. Let's follow each other on our socials, go for a coffee or a drink, and send each other memes until we feel like long-time friends! The better we know each other the more comfortable you will feel in front of my lens, the more fun we will have, the better the photos will be!
